sry this is old news but i though i would tell u guys to see what u guys thik on it. so i took my accord to the dealer like 3 weeeks ago to get an oil change cuz it was way cheaper to get it done there cuz of a coupon i had rahter then to buy the oil and do it myself. so took it there. they did the inspection on my car. then the guy comes to me wiht like u gotta do this and that and i was like are u fo serious! and hes like yea. i wa slike ooh GG. ill jsut wiat and see what happens. then he goes we cnt change ur oil cuz ur oil pan has some HUGE screw in it and we dnt have the tools to take it out. it'll cost around 3bills to replace that screw. i was liek WTF are u serious. the recent owner must have replaced the screw with a diff screw or soemtingcuz it was way bigger then the normal honda screw. so i grabbed another donut and left. wasted 2 hours.

damn that sucks then. you prolly need a whole new pan cuz it that bolts either a) too big, or b) cross threaded, those threads are ****ed and the normal bolt thats supposed to be in there wont work in there anymore and youll need to replace the pan. its really nothing hard, just a pain cuz of all the little bolts around it.

So they wouldn't change the oil because they didn't have the right tools to get the drain plug off...wow BS.... I don't think they felt like honoring your coupon and since you didn't want them to fix the other "problems" they "found" with your car they didn't feel like working on it..
