this brings up a good point. i graduated high school last year and went to a catholic school in a wealthy area (not saying im super wealthy). mommy and daddy bought all their precious kids a new car for their license. tcs being a popular choice. i think i was one of the few seniors who managed not to get hit in the parking lot. not to mention all of the other kids who wrecked their cars on the road or the numerous tickets they received. i think young drivers now as a whole arent prepared to get behind the wheel. they think they are the most amazing drivers and dont need to worry about other drivers on the road or consequences. they are too distracted with their cell phones and what music they have on. i somehow have made it 3 years without a ticket or accident (not saying im perfect and there are accidents that arent their fault but its not that hard to pay attention and drive well) /end rant

^^^ +1 neons and their mcD's arch spoilers

Yup up here in Michigan they Neons call themselves Skittles, they think its cool and I absolutely hate it. The may have small little turboed engines but most of them install some sort of ghey neon lights and install F&F type graphics on the sides of their cars. And then most of them are scared to lower their car but install 17 or 18 inch wheels.

We have a local meet near my house every Sunday night and whenever I pull up those Neons all get skurred when I tell them to lower their cars and then I show them how much I've lowered my car and they just walk away and turn up their bass and try to be cool.

tC's are worthless performance wise until you put a turbo on them, then they're decent

Oh, that made my day...

Some guy in a Tc was following me up a mountain road, he must have thought I was trying to race. He was understeering wildly in my rear view mirror, allot of new drivers are just afraid to power through the corners.

The HS I went to had some very wealthy families too. One person totaled a Mustang GT, got a Hummer the next day. A few years out of high school, I've seen him driving a C63 AMG, trying to challenge civics, lol.

My favorite was one guy who got an E55 AMG, I was in the car as he took a 25mph turn at 55, and hit the guardrail against the rear right side of the car. Much laughter from me and the passengers ensued. There was also a guy who got a Dinan M5... And couldn't drive stick.

Watching a 16 year old stall a 630hp sedan when trying to showoff in front of the high school = priceless.
