mah trip to asia v. 2009 (UPDATED PAGE 1)

my trip consisted of 4 countries... indonesia first, then a one day stop-over in singapore, followed by 2 days in malaysia (my hometown) and lastly 5 days in japan

i'll skip teh indonesia portion.. nothing new there first stop: singapore

1. Singapore financial district... see that lil merlion on the bottom left?

2. ice cream vendor ftw! i love these guys lol

next is malaysia.. or specifically borneo.. we went out to the cultural village which showcases the local culture and living environments

3. a long house used by the locals

5. mah fob and her sis and mom coming down from teh longhouse

6. local handicraft

then off to JDM land!

7. enroute to tokyo, flew by Mt. Fuji

8. first vending machine i used

9. mah first dinner at teh airport

10. day 1....walking around fujisawa... a town next to mah gf's town

11. took a train to kamukura.. it's an OG train.. pretty famous according to mah fob

12. the shopping district in kamakura enroute to the temple..

15. day 2...yokohama!! cool city.. loved it.. building on the right is landmark building.. we're headed over there

24. the red building.. tht's teh direct translation it was a warehouse for the port, but it was converted into a mall

27. day 3.... a fish shop on the beach.. the beach is like 5 mins away from mah fob's house

Really good pics, especially the scenic ones from the 70th floor, that must have been crazy looking over the edge
