if your suspension is not adjustable then the whole stance thing is not going to work at all because you need to be lower than you are in the picture and make sure you have the camber kits on the rear so you can adjust the camber to where you want it. Also dont forget there is a negative side to "stance", your tires will wear uneven and a lot faster.

You can add danger to any setup... but what's the point? If your addin camber to stop rubbing its one thing... but realistically... us stance guys run camber so we can run a more agressive offset

there is added weight to one side (inner) of the tire meaning it will wear faster than the outside which also means it wears unevenly. I dont care what kind of tires your car has tires in general are not made for excessive negative/positive camber which is why alignments are performed especially after you install new tires on the car to protect your investment. Even though slight negative/positive camber is fine anything more than -3 (negative) or +3 (positive) will cause premature/uneven tire wear. Now all these show cars you see and enthusiasts in the streets couldnt care less because they are more worried about the look and are dedicated to their cars so they dont mind going threw tires more often than they should be. Getting the "stance" that the OP is looking for takes a lot of work (the right suspension, tire, wheel, camber kit, fender/quarter panel roll etc etc) so i would just stay away from that whole look unless you are trying to take it all the way and do it right.
