So, correct me if I am wrong. It seems as though a 99 Accord is OBDIIb, and the prelude ECU is a OBDIIa. So would an adaptor harness help?- 98Snakebite

Hi, First post here and of course, I have noob questions. I looked at a lot of forums, and this one seems to have the highest "signal-to-noise" ratio, if you know what I mean. My roommate is swapping a 1997 H22A JDM Prelude engine and transmission into his 99 Accord with a dead F23A1...- 98Snakebite
