    ok so heres the deal i am looking at my cars fuses today passenger and driver and not all of them are even in there. never have been since i got the car, (bought the car used from a jacked up mom & pop dealer) But as for the "small fuse" #10 as soon as i turn the key to position 1 it blows.

    Please help! I have a 2002 honda accord se. I added some cheap fog lights to it and got the power from the Cigarette lighter power cords. At the same time i also swapped out my factory radio for an aftermarket radio. The fog lights work fine. The radio works fine. For some reason though...
