I can't use my AC or turn on the rear window defog without it killing the car. I can run the AC for a little bit but it causes the engine to rev up and down lower and lower until it kills the engine. Rear window defog does the same thing. I have a swapped h23a with a chipped p28. Could that...

Ended up getting a 97 SiR transmission just need to get the ecu working properly!
Once the little kinks are fixed its all new body panels, lip kit, spoiler and respray!

Sorry for the massive bump but I don't understand how you can get the 2 pin plug to fit the 3 pin socket, the shape is entirely different no?
I'm having the same surging problem when I try to run my P28, stock ECU runs it without idle issue just has a 5k rpm limit.
I know for sure the iac plug needs to be changed, just no clear guide on how.
I went and grabbed a 2 pin plug but realized there is no way it's going to fit in the 3 pin socket...
I am sure this has been covered somewhere, just can't seem to find the right info!
