Yes indeed and no I don't pay for labor for anything my cusins own a shop and I do everything there or they do it when they can. That oil is perfect for mileage and condition of the car trust me unless synthetic remember the engines life is oil and your feet lololol.

Not premature when I had my all motor b20vtec I change it around 2500 and that motor was clean entirely ask your mechanic a professional performance shop told me that and I seen people doing it also. the tranny oil every 12k people around me know my car and can vouche anytime.
