Hey man sorry for the late reply, I just don't go on car forums very much anymore. Anyways, when I first brought the TL rims without tires, I found a custom powder-coating place and paid $300 to powder-coat a base coat and a clear coat. After P-C, install tires.
The lip had to be modified to fit onto an 01-02 bumper. I used a hacksaw and very carefully took off little by little until it fit. Then I had it professionally painted.
