    Not to sound like a broken record, but yes...all you really need is to change the 4 or 5 main bulbs (depending on the car) to get that nice glow. Don't even bother changing the blinkers. The LEDs don't light up as quickly as filaments do, thus your blinker indicators won't even light up. I...

    I suggest you don't paint your needle. Honda use a special type of paint that are not available for purchase (as far as I know). If you want red needles, there's a pretty detailed DIY in this forum that shows you how to do that.
