okay guys,Probably easy stupid question. For those who have changed/clean your IACV.Whats the best way to go about it?
99, F23A Coupe/ Manual.

Once warmed up the car will stay at 2k for a few moments then slowly come back down. But sometimes comes down and shuts the car off.-SO I do not like driving the car for that worry.(cuts off at stop signs and redlights)

also-The flat head screw thats on the throttle body,Is all the way closed/tight. Should I turn it back open?(I know that probably does not help anyone without picture)

I just did mine a few weeks ago. I just removed my intake piping and with that out of the way I was able to reach the 10mm bolts and hoses that go to the IACV.

That screw should not be all the way in. I ran into issues with that on my Accord. I believe there is something about it in the Haynes manual but that is called your idle adjustment screw. You should only adjust it about 1/4 turn per minute while the car is warmed up and running.
