For an H23A? It comes with a TEC TD-94U stock and from what I've found on different forums a TD-73U (99-00 Civic EX, DX or CX) will bolt up and work in it's place.
If you are going OBD1 a TD-61U from a 92-96 Prelude SI VTEC will work
