it's a joke, Ferrari was letting them test the FXX on top gears track, and they are not going to let any joe drive a 1 million dollar race car, the black one you see in the episode is schumi's own

The episode where they had the FFX on the track, Schumacher was behind the wheel even though he was dressed up like the Stig.

The gag was that people thought he was honestly the Stig after that.

This other dude, Collins, seems is the Stig that has been driving everything else.
