those kids are absolute idiots, i hope they got there civic towed, there was a kid at another local car club meet in my area, who decides to do a launch in his evo....... with his hood up with people around his car, with only 1 parking lot space in front of him empty but a car to the left and right, he almost hit my buddies girl, god i love idiots not

Idk, I feel the cop should have had his lights on if it was real. They normally don't get out of their vehicles without them on, especially making a stop.
