Well I haven't gotten a response from LX_F23A1. I just disputed the purchase on Paypal. We will see if I get a response then, if not I will have to escalate the dispute to a claim. What a headache.

Just escalate to a claim, call paypal and explain the matter in words to them.
I've done so to speed up processes in the past and theyve always been a joy to talk to...usually women who answer lolz
