    If you're new to tuning, take it somewhere.. Should also be worth mentioning, MEgasquirt and the AEM standalone wont pass OBD plug in inspection scanners. So if you live in an emissions state, Go with the Emanage, or keep swapping back to the stock ECU each time you go in for inspection.

    If you want to be sure Vtec is "crackin y0", simply unplug the vtec solenoid.. If it's slower, it's working.

    You might also need to swap over the VTEC solenoid. I read somewhere that they function differently, and if it's not swapped you wont have vtec.. Something to keep in mind

    What he means by pushing it, is simply that. Going WOT from a dead stop or WOT at all if you know the trans is going is a sure fire way to kill it pretty darn quick. If it's slipping and you need it to last, drive like grandma.
