    @Eclipse99fwb I was going to replace the fans until I noticed they both activate when I have the ignition on on. So they both work they just don't work when it is running. So its very weird. Ill check for leaks tomorrow. Thank you for the input.

    That is messed up. I'm no legal expert, but if the insurance paid it off to you because it got stolen, then it belongs to them. Therefore you have no legal possession over the vehicle. It honestly seems like your only option is to show up and bid on it.
