The high side pressure line leaks at the crimp where it turns back into a hard line. You know, the little hard line where it has the two bolts that go into the PS pump which is wherebthe other common leak at the O-Ring is at? Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

Do you know if the replacement engine had a new timing belt installed before it was dropped in / as it was getting dropped in? That's a big job to do, and far more difficult one to do in the engine bay.

    New Door Lock Actuator, Help!

My passenger side door lock actuator went ghost and I need to replace it. I've got the door panel off, but I'm not sure how to remove the old one. The two pig tails have already been disconnected, but that's it. Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using Tapatalk

What'd you do to your accord today?

Not today, but a couple of days ago. The door lock actuator. This is still ongoing really, since the part is in the mail, and I haven't put the panel back on, lol. I know a bunch of people have done this already, but I haven't. It's been acting up for some time and it's been getting worse...

Hahaha, yea. Not even apples to oranges here! Well, if it gives you a reference point, when I had it running a couple years ago after having done the intake manifold and cam swap, I was able to take on a 2007-ish Nissan Maxima from a red light....and win! Basically, the guy was being an...

With the right mods on the T-Bird though, I'd like to differ on where we'd stand :). The results may surprise you ;). A stock crank is good for 450HP and be DD reliable, and no amount of mods will make those number on N/A. IIRC, the highest N/A number is 410HP. The weakest link on the 4.6L...

For sure. Meeting up with you would be hella fun. With the 5spd swap in my T-Bird though, I'd be able to keep it in the optimal power band of the car longer and with more control over the AT. You definitely have me on weight. Like I said, the T-Bird is a fat pig weighing in at 3,400Lbs on a...

I'm working on a 5spd swap on my Thunderbird. I know we will probably never run, but it would be hella fun to run against each other. Suspension is just about done, save for a couple minor parts on back order. The 5spd will really wake her up coming from a 3spd +OD AT. Being in control of...

It's not all about HP, you know. HP and TQ are a big factor of course, but then people often times overlook gear ratios and tires. a 3.27 gear will have slower 0-60 times but will be able to pull on the highway or have a higher top end and the opposite will be true for something with say 3.73...

Nice work on the TB. That thing looked gross! I'll agree to that! The sad part is that a lot of the car enthusiast stuff out today started because of California.

Basically, California told people to stop buying garbage eBay exhausts and get good exhaust setups.

Is it low, or is it just the lip making it look low? Also, not illegal....so long as it doesn't sound like a lawnmower, you won't get bothered.

For the transmission, it's best to use Honda's DW-1 fluid. Using any other fluid will make it fail faster.

    Sudden No Start

Thanks to @Enne over on DA, she's provided me with a link to NHTSA listing all the recalls to the CG platform. In there, I was able to find one specific to the interlock mechanism which describes my exact problem; being able to pull the key out of the ignition in any gear when the car is turned...

    Sudden No Start

My problem with the ignition isn't so much with it not starting or not suddenly shutting off as I have known for years as the common problem with our platform. Rather, this problem where I'm able to remove the key when it's not in Park. As outlined in the recall linked above, I guess I'm not...
