    I would look for screws to remove to take the remote apart, If there are not any screws just pry it part very carefully and try to find a shop that sells that particular battery.

    Your car is looking nice! I would drop the rear a 1/2" though for better fitment. I remember a while back seeing it for sale on cl, Its nice to know you decided to keep it but I like what you've done with it so far.
