    Your probably drawing too much current from your alternator, I wired my fogs with hids as long with my headlights also and my alternator took a crap on me within a month. Remember hids draw a lot of current at start up so adding 4 ballast cant be good.

    your fog light relay could also be fried, I had the same problem in the past. I would check that first since a relay is easier to get a hold to than a switch that has to be shipped out.
