    Smell of exhaust in car

from what i understand, that's an exhaust leak and it's probably the gasket between the header and block. might as well replace the other 2 gaskets at the header too. Also check for cracks in the header

    Front sway bar issue

Cheaper production cost plus the oem rsb is solid anyways. Solid rsb won't hurt a cars handling like a solid fsb would. The less weight on the front end of a car the more nimble the steering will feel

    Front sway bar issue

I was going to but it was easier just to leave it on. you just need an allen wrench and a regular wrench to remove endlinks. Mine were easy to remove but mine weren't rusted either. nah a solid bar doesnt make it more rigid sense its a torsional force. plus the reduction is weight is more...

    Front sway bar issue

I have the eibach. Yeah I just used the outer edges of the bushings to center the bar. I think you'll have to have the car on a lift to get the fsb out with out disconnecting the exhaust. A solid fsb isn't better. Hollow bars are better

    Front sway bar issue

Just wear and tear. Replace the loosen both brackets that hold the bushings, replace that one/both and recenter the bar. You could also remove the whole bar to make sure it isn't bent. You'll have to disconnect the exhaust for that though. I still have my OEM fsb if you want it

    What to look out for?

If a head gasket is leaking then it'll be a major leak. Check where the radiator hoses meet the motor. I used to have a small leak where the top radiator hose met the motor. Just needed a new hose and clamp. Also the oring behind the distributor is known to leak and causes oil build up on the...

    Upgrading for Internals

^yup. you'd be better off buying a J32/6 speed to start with than wasting money with your j30. If you're doing low boost then there's no point in wasting money on forged internals
