Shrimp on the barbie 2014 *Pikshurs added*

Re: Shrimp on the barbie 2014 Hmmm, are the headrests the ones with the hole in them? Only thing I need really is sedan driver side mirror interior cover. I also have a sunroof deflector and that spoiler if anyone is interested. Don't feel bad about your spoiler, I won't have half my...

What'd you do to your accord today?

Didn't have time to get much done, rushing to get errands ran before meet, but proved a point today :D You can fit three car seats in the back seat of our CGs (Sedans Only), but it's a tight fit.

Re: White6GAV6's '00 Coupe [Updated: 5-24-2014 (New Wheels/Test Fit)] (56k nono) Looking pretty awesome, but I think you should either powercoat the spokes or the lip the same color as you car is now

    Pioneer

Nothing wrong with Pioneer, but as with anything, you get what you pay for. As far as speakers, they are on the cheaper side of the audio spectrum. Their headunits are pretty great, decently priced, and the more expensive NAV units are superb! To answer your question, you should probably be...

    Chrispy's Upstate Coupe (99 EX w/5spd ULEV) - 56k

It's no problem, I've been through this process twice, once with USAA (Who fixed the issue at the BBB complaint) and then another with a bodyshop. Bodyshop didn't reply to the complaint, and BBB determined a negative report, took the case to a lawyer, took it to court, won, and they paid lawyer...

What is cheap way to make your car as quiet as much as possible?

No problem, you're welcome! The Frost King is NOT a thermal barrier, it's designed to be used on HVAC ducts to help quiet the noise of the air flowing and the keep the metal creaking down. Peel and Seal works similar to Dynamat, in terms of stiffening the metal and reflecting some acoustic...

Re: Shrimp on the barbie 2014 Same here, as I'll be in Owensboro Friday afternoon. I'll be in Bowling Green at 10 that morning on schedule, unless we are doing something different?

What is cheap way to make your car as quiet as much as possible?

Follow-Up on the Frost King... Use an adhesive spray and a heat gun when applying and also clean areas with degreaser like you would be painting. First go round, I didn't do those things and when it got warm, it started to fall down. Now, as far as the Peel N Seal goes, that stuff is holding...

    Pioneer

The factory tweeters are NOT in a bad location. If you know anything about audio and wave reflection, the factory tweeters are positioned perfectly to achieve the best sound stage in the car. You could try something different, but your best bet would be to upgrade to some better tweeters in the...

What did you do today Auto Detailing related?

Re: What did you do today Detailing related? They might bake it in an oven, like ceramic coating, but I'd still think that you'd need to oxygenate the paint over time to allow settling...

    Chrispy's Upstate Coupe (99 EX w/5spd ULEV) - 56k

No, that's good, take the BBB report to a lawyer, and you now have grounds and more proof for a legal suit to sue for lawyer, court, and repair costs  It's just the first step in the process.

    PuzzleMaster94's J32 6MT 1999 Accord EX-L V6 Coupe (56k)

Re: PuzzleMaster94's 1999 Accord EX-L V6 Coupe (56k) Sorry to hear about your ankle, but that is the perfect excuse to work on your headlights before installing them :D And looking very awesome, digging the Saab! That'll be my next ride, the 2nd Gen Saab 9-3, a Vette/Evo killer ;)

    Pioneer

Do not stick with a brand throughout the car, you will regret it and waste money. As far as answers, you've been here a bit and know you should search. The rear are 6X9s, I'd suggest replacing them with a 2-way speaker. The fronts fit 6 1/2s, but you will run into problems with the factory...

    aluminum door sills

I was thinking the same thing, and to answer your question, no, that kind of abuse can only be protected with a polyurethane coating over a brushed aluminum vinyl  Here you go, a few different ideas to play with... It wouldn't be hard to pull the plastic up too, coat...

Not currently :( If you find a plotter, and still want the graphics, just PM me, and I can send you the vectored file to provide to someone local. It seems the mom and pop shops are getting harder and harder to come by and most are maintstream, money pits :nono:

DIY Bumper Quick Release/Lowered Bumper Mod

Zip ties tend to break with stress and with the elasticity of the O-Rings, you have some give when your bumper slams the ground and gets shoved upwards  Thank you too :D Thanks man! No more dragging bumper either, after that ice storm destroyed mine :nono:
