    Car won't turn from cold - just clicks

    Next time this happens, try tapping the starter motor with a hammer. If it fires up, then it's time to replace your starter. I don't know if you guys have them up there, but in the States, Auto Zone will test your starters for free if you bring them in.

    Just went to Wal-Mart, got the big thing of cheapo 10-40 Oil, and dumped the whole thing into the car with some Engine Restorer... Sigh, another few weeks, and repeat this relentless process all over again :(

    The only issue I have with my setup is the horrible muffler. I need a larger chamber with a better tip for the air to flow around, and this would stop my horrible weedeater sound at the high end RPM range.

    Ummmm, maybe I'm wrong completely but you said you are running your IACV as OBDI yet you are trying to run an OBDII ECU??? Wouldn't that cause a huge issue right there with your sensors, as the wiring is completely different and reads differently on the ECU. This might be a cause to your wiring...

    I'm not sure about OBDII, but I know that I'm doing this build myself, just in the piecing together stuff stage, but with OBDI, it allows you to eliminate O2 sensors, which makes tuning easier, and will also allow you to delete your EGR, which is pointless and detrimental to your engines health...

    License Plate light, and as Sketch said, have fun trying to remount it! My old Tiburon had the same issue and I just ended up taking some wood and jamming it back up after I put epoxy on it to dry. :rofl:
