    Hey guys. so my friend has a 99 LX V6 and his brake lights do not work. There is no brake warning light and the bulbs seem fine. We think it may be a short somewhere but don't know where to look first. Any ideas? :birgits_tiredcoffee

    Look at it like this, the regular halogen bulbs from Sylvania cost what 6 bucks for two? Those LEDs are only a dollar more for supposedly brighter output and LEDs. If you did by them chances are they would be only slightly brighter and burn out very quickly. :lurking: you get what you pay for.

    For the pinstripe what I personally used was goo gone and a razor blade. Its a bit tedious and you gotta be careful, but its the best way. You may have some ghosting but wash it and use some rubbing compound and a wax and you should be good! Good luck man :omghi2u:

    He probably has manual seats if he is driving a stick considering there aren't a whole lot with the ex trim. Do you not have adjustable lumbar support? And as RedRyder said, there is nothing wrong with swapping some other seats like TL or CL seats

    I know they were trying to 'fatten up' our cars for the likes of Americans but I would and im sure everyone would agree that I would rather have more safety and accessories like a rear wiper than just a bigger trunk
