    P0700, P1705 Electrical Issue

Yesterday, I was trying to replace my reverse lights. I turned the key to on position without starting the car, pulled hand brake, shifted autotrans to reverse. Well, the T20 leds from Ebay (Hong Kong) were a no go, although the map lights and festoon bulbs did work, but that's beside the...

    Mah wun upgrade

How often do you have to clean your wheels to keep the brake dust off? Must be a labor of love, but looks amazing when it's clean.

I still remember my first PC mod back in 93'. Sounblaster 16. Having audio with Doom and Duke Nukem 3D was tops! Good luck with sale.

I am also in the process of replacing my Vtec solenoid gasket. Does anyone know if there are torque specs for this? Couldn't find anything.

Fiber paper Throttle Body gasket removal

I removed the plenum and throttle body assembly from my intake because there was a vacuum leak at plenum. Decided to go ahead and also replace TB gasket while I am at it. Is using a gasket type scraper or flat razor blade the norm? I always seem to gounge into the matting surface everytime i...

Those rotor screws are easy to remove!

So after countless applications of PB blaster, and blows to a craftsmen impact driver punch as shown on page 1 to the rotor screws, I was still having a hell of a time getting them to break free. After doing some research i decided to try to use an aerosol compressed air can that you would use...

Advance auto is having 15% off + $25 on their website, which is probably a gift certificate. I bought Magnaflow direct fit 22642 CAT around Christmas with a discount they offered and it was around $135 after savings. Always google search promo codes for any respective auto parts chains for...

    Engine Bay Changes! (56k Lol)

Too bad you can't powdercoat the brake booster, for it would probably ruin the rubber seals. But would hate to have a brake fluid leak after a fresh paint job. Can't wait to see the end result. I have never used a flare tool. How much do those go for?

DIY: Sound deadening door panels + linings, and rear speaker deck

Re: DIY: (Added 1 more DIY) Sound deadening Door panels & linings Mad props for coming up with such a easy, simple solution to help deaden sound. You just gave me a really good idea! I need to deaden my map light. My bass always vibrates the screws loose, make the whole housing rattle.

    Rear strut/spring top Hat orientation

They are KYB Gr2's. I wasn't sure how easy shock body would spin, but it worked out okay. Now I'm having trouble getting the bottom bolt hole lined up. The bottom of rear shock is in the metal surround cradle but needs to come up 1/2". I also unbolted the anti-sway bar. Any Suggestions?

    Rear strut/spring top Hat orientation

While I was disassembling the rear strut assembly on my sedan, I forgot to take note of how the top hat stud bolts(2) are positioned in relationship of the shock body, and bolt hole on bottom end. The Haynes manual states: Mark the relationship of the damper mounting base to the spring(or...

    cleansleeper's Turbo G23 build

I have a stock F23 crank if you want it, and you're not far from me so maybe we could meet up. It was stored on it's side on a wooden work bench for about 8 months, but I've read that could be bad for them. There is no rust on it, though, and it looks in good condition.

    Magnaflow catalytic convertor exhaust gasket

I recieved my new Magnaflow 22642 Cat in the mail, along with two gaskets I ordered not knowing whether or not they came in the box. Well, it did come with a ring style gasket for the end of convertor, to be used in the recessed cut out. I'm sure I would be alright using either style, but my...
