I'm going to see if I can borrow a distributor to test while I'm there. I'm going to pull the lower pull and case and clean the sensor to see if that fixes anything. I'm not sure if if the crank sensor and tach not working go hand in hand.

Accord isn't fixed. Went to go pick it up and one problem is fixed and another has occurred. Cel p1362 for TDC sensor no signal. Car won't go beyond 3k rpms. Do you think it's distributor or crank sensor?

Speed sensor wiring. I swear I checked that a million times over. He claims the Ecu fuse no longer blows and everything functions as normal. I'll take his word for it. I'm going to pick up the car this weekend or Monday. Once I get it back, you better believe it's going low.

    604Accords H22a/5spd Build thread

Sounds pretty good! Basically what I've gathered is, doing an all motor build is very expensive and you don't see much. I wouldn't upgrade the cams because it's expensive and not a huge upgrade. Just have something fun but if you really want to see power that is somewhat cost effective, you...

Car is finally at my mechanic friend's shop. He also paints cars so I might have him respray it while it is up there. Here's a pic of the tl sideskirts test fit

I totalled my 01 ex sedan

Is that a short shifter? If so, I'd be interested in that and possibly steering wheel.

H23A vtec swap into 02 EX MT

Here in Washington state you can waive emissions for $150. I would look into what you can do because a p28 would make your life a hell of a lot easier

H23A vtec swap into 02 EX MT

If you mod the automatic Ecu you'll get a CEL and then you can't pass emissions. Best bet is the 96 prelude manual Ecu or prelude Ecu with immobilizer removed. Good luck with either of those.

H23A vtec swap into 02 EX MT

I wouldn't use an automatic Ecu. If you don't need emissions I would do a p28 with h22 basemap and have it tuned. Hondata s300 seems to be everyone's favorite.

I really want a leather nardi! I agree on that woodgrain color combo. I'm still not sure how I feel about the oem woodgrain so an overlay would be nice

Thanks! I have more news regarding seats... I got a brand new sparco r100 for my s13. It came with a slider for $170. I'm making my own rails to mount it in the car. Should be done by the end of this week.

Thanks everyone! Here are some more pics. Pictures don't really do it justice. It looks incredible, it feels and smells like a brand new car. I won't be putting in the motor swap for a couple months. I'm just trying to get my car on the road

Could've asked this in our fitment thread. I have 17x9+20 and my fenders had to be rolled

Thanks! It means a lot to hear from a guy who made big moves for the 6th gens. I can't wait to see what you have in store with your coupe.

Thanks! The material used is very nice. I never though my poor grandma interior would get remotely close to this point. I added some foam to kind of "rebuild" the seat. It brough the seat back to shape, it made the cover fit a lot better, and it's a lot more comfortable. Couldn't be much happier.

VSS replaced but still no MPH marked

I think 98-00 go together and 01-02 go together. Manual can use an auto cluster but idk if auto can use a manual cluster. Idk if v6 can use I4 or if I4 can use v6.

VSS replaced but still no MPH marked

Don't waste money on that. I promise that is probably not your issue. If you can borrow a cluster from someone to try out, I would recommend that.

VSS replaced but still no MPH marked

Same thing was happening to me. A wire to the vss is messed up somewhere. I cannot help you pin point it. To be honest with you, I haven't even fixed my car yet. It started out with that simple issue and more happened. Now it's sat for 6 months. That's just lack of me trying to fix. I can't...

If anybody was wondering, I bought a transmission for my s13. Next year I'll probably make a thread for that car because it will receive some love. I may turn it into my daily driver. I bought an sr20det transmission with 90k miles. All that is needed to make it work in my car is swap...
