    Richard's '02 V6 Coupe EX-L

Re: Sil2DrV6's 2002 Accord Coupe EX-L V6 Looks great! Love the look of the exhaust and the grill work looks perfect. Very clean, nicely done. :favorites13:

    Which Speakers?

Always disconnect the battery when doing electrical work. Better safe than sorry.

    New exhaust set-up

No, my drone is 100% gone now. That is after I put in the BIG resonator in. I am happy with the current setup. I just went through a hassle directly after install without the big daddy. At first I just had one small resonator. Unbearable drone, then put in the second (the rear small one) still...

    [Updated 12/28] J32 Swap [Wiring]

Re: [Updated 3/14] J32 Swap [Engine Mounted] Oh man, I am so excited for you! Seems to be coming along swimmingly. When do you estimate your first test drive to be?

    New exhaust set-up

Sounds nice, I couldn't keep the drone down with my exhaust (Dual magnaflow, Catback 2.5"). I was looking for quiet with decent flow over anything. Ended up with the largest resonator they make along with a second "simple" one. Here is a pic of my two resonators... From the front. (The big...

Not clear on the SRS light

Post number five is what I used as a guide. This resets the SRS light only and works, I have used this on 3, 6th gen accords all with success. Mine never came back on. It involves shorting out the pins on the MES plug. The plug is above the drivers side kick panel two pin yellow connector. If...

Hit pot hole. Everything is fubar

Glad to hear you're back on the road. Nice job. :favorites13:

    What do you hit?

Last time I was under my car the catalytic converter seems to take numerous blows over tall speed bumps and the car wash humps. I saw some scarring on the sub-frame as well but I don't think that's from speed bumps, etc.

FS: V6 4AT Auto Transmission ONLY *14K* miles fresh rebuild. $450

Holy crap this is so tempting. I really wanna save/spend the extra dough and do a 6mt swap but for this price I might have to re-evaluate the decision... hmmm. I have a guy looking into the possibility of creating a harness/module like the infamous richie harness to mate my J30 up to a 6mt. If...

    *driving game!*

iOS 7? No apple products for me baby. I'll go with lotso for that one... Its actually a pretty nice HU for the price. Plenty of features but the OS and layout could use some improvements. http://www.amazon.com/Valor-Multimedia-DDN-868W-Navigation-System/dp/B004XUKIEG Bought two a few years...

    *driving game!*

Alright I guess I'll do it. 105.7 is mostly static for me though. Some music comes through but I guess Fremont is just out of the tower boundaries. Next Challenge: Lets see your car on jack stands/lift.

What'd you do to your accord today?

I am assuming, CL/TL strut tower bar.

What'd you do to your accord today?

Damn dude, at least you're alive. I stopped riding because I lost two good friends in the last few years from stupid people not paying attention. And I agree with the whole license test being too easy. I passed 100% in my old '92 civic DX, manual everything, even steering. WAAY too easy.

What would you do about the airbag in the stock seat? Did you just have to live with the SRS light on all the time? Edit: I just realized you were in Hayward, I'm over in fremont. Hello, Neighbor.

    Lower Car, or Add Lips?

Lower! No lips for me. H&R lowering springs with KYB lowering shocks, about a 2.5" drop all around. Almost the same ride comfort as stock. Love this setup, not too low to scrape on everything. Some speed bumps if they are tall and a few driveways here and there. I do drag my exhaust more often...

    *Slammed Thread* (56k)

I agree to a point. Usually if your camber is past -3, you should expect significant camber ware; even with the toe zeroed out. Some of these cars are waaaay more than that. I've seen some cars around here that have a inch of contact to the road. There is no way they are not seeing massive...

So my guess, with camber as extreme as I've seen it about 5,000mi per side. Roughly 10,000 per tire, out of a 50K-70K rated tire. :lawl:

    *Slammed Thread* (56k)

Just expressing an opinion here. I don't understand the whole Stance look with massive amounts of negative camber. This seems to be the desired look for a lot of slammed cars nowadays. Personally, I don't like how it looks and can only imagine what the tire wear is like. I love slammed cars and...

    [Updated 12/28] J32 Swap [Wiring]

Re: [Updated 1/29/15] J32 Swap [Maintenance] Looks like things are coming along. I am planning on doing this when my auto dies. Ive been talking with Hmotorsports but its just so much money. Hopefully I can get the $ before my auto kills itself. Did you get everything from Hmotorsports that you...

    Official Random Photo thread

I dont have a fancy camera but I took these with my Galaxy S5 in Hawaii on vacation last year. Not bad for a cell phone. Somewhat low light and while driving. Not a strength with phone cameras.
