    I am having similar issues with my 00 AV6 4door. Sometimes when I start it in the morning it will idle fine for a few minutes then I get an erratic idle. Revving seems fine when it happens. Also, while driving, say on the freeway it will do it and I will lose acceleration along with choppy RPMs...

    Are all coupe hoods the same? For instance there is a 99 coupe in the JY that has a great hood but missing front bumper, and an 02 bumper off another with a missing hood. Did the coupe hood change during the "restyling" on the coupe?

    My V6 had the same issue. 2.5 from the cat to dual Magnaflows, I ended up putting a HUGE resonator in. It practically runs the entire length from the cat to where it splits for the duals. Now I'm very happy with it, no droning and just a little louder than stock.

    They are probably still a little warped. Once they pass the point and warp severely, there's no coming back unless you get the rotors turned. You likely just lessened the amount of warpage by properly re-torquing them.

    I did mine black about 3 months ago and they're still looking like the day I did them. I just pressure wash them when they get dirty. No chips, no fade. It's all in the prep work. I cleaned them really well and prepped them with denatured alcohol.
