    I can see where they are coming from. They don't really know how well he rebuild it, and then the trans fails, and it comes back to Nissan. I don't agree with it, but I see their point.

    I'm thinking they mean 03-07, so that would be a seventh gen coupe. I could be wrong, and hope I am. I want to try and fit these in the civic housings

    Wheel Fitment.

    A lot of people here have done 17x9. Offset is a preference to you, as well as the tire size. Depends on how far you want the wheel in or out of the wheel well. Also depends on how low you want to go. Check out the Wheel Fitment Thread.
