    Suspension upgrade recommendations

The Eibach Pro Sport kit was the first upgrade I did on a 6th gen. I recommend the sway bars, only the Progress rear sway bar is thicker, but I would go with other coilovers. Considering the conditions in Canada I'd suggest Tein coilovers.

I'd love to have found an S13 instead of a Miata! Nice find. Definitely need pics and a list of plans.

Creaking/Cracking sound from all 4 corners

I had this issue with my sedan; only happened when it was cold. It drove me crazy!

    phi1542's 1999 Coupe EX-L V6 [Retired]

Re: phi1542's 1999 Accord Coupe EX V6 (56k) I might look into these Moog endlinks. I didn't realize the Progress rsb had settings. I may consider upgrading from my Eibach's if this is true.

    Varnell's '99 J37 Stroker 6MT Coupe EX-L

Re: Varnell's '99 J32 6MT Coupe EX-L With 180,000 miles I'm reluctant to keep it. I'd much rather have a backup car that I'm not worried about. The lack of power steering has definitely been fun, though. lol J32A2 arrived at the machine shop today. A $500 deposit assures me the engine will...

    J-Series Theory

Great info in here. With the engine out I think I'll be going the J37 NA route. My only question pertains to using the 2008 TL-S or RL Cams. I can't any information on the spacer that is needed to get this to fit in the J32A2. Hopefully it's something a machine shop can just look at and find...

    My J32A2/6MT -> 2001 V6 Accord Swap Thread

Hey, sonni_kuba, haven't seen you around here in a while. I'm finally getting around to buying a J37 IM. I've been reading through this thread: http://acurazine.com/forums/second-generation-cl-discussion-2000-2003-50/possible-new-mod-728942/page6/ These guys seem to be the first to swap over...

    White6GAV6's Coupe (Updated: 04/30/2015) (56k nono)

They may fit, but it'll take a good bit of work. From what I remember, sedans have a little less room to work with in the rear. I cut slits into my inner wheel well and engine bay. He can put his entire foot on his tire through the engine bay. You'll also need a complete roll and good bit of...

FS: ***SOLD*** Tein Street Adv Coilovers

Re: Tein Street Adv Coilovers To the slammed culture any gap is too much gap. It's about tucking, which Teins don't allow.

    DC Sports or XSPower Headers?

All of my XS Power gaskets were blown after four months. The nice look of them was gone after a week. They still sound and function nicely for the price.

    Mystery stuff

Is it always dry when you see it? Water + oil turns yellow, but it would have to be splashing all over your engine bay to do that.

FS: ***SOLD*** Tein Street Adv Coilovers

Re: Tein Street Adv Coilovers Great coilovers to give your car a sportier look and maintain an oem-like ride quality. They were my first set. I loved them, but wanted to slam my car. Glws

Correct. As for the manual ECU, yes, you need that. I just used the ignition from the Accord and had my key flashed to match the code of the vin # of the CL-S that the ECU came from. I'm pretty sure with the AEM you don't need a CL harness. It should all just connect to the standalone. I'm...

    Varnell's '99 J37 Stroker 6MT Coupe EX-L

Re: Varnell's '99 J32 6MT Coupe EX-L Thanks for the heads up. The timing belt was recently changed, so hoping it was done correctly. The engine is actually very clean for a 24 year old car. It leaks a little, but so did my 12 year old i4 Accord. Just hoping it can last me a month or two so...

    Varnell's '99 J37 Stroker 6MT Coupe EX-L

Re: Varnell's '99 J32 6MT Coupe EX-L Unfortunately the sedan was totaled a week before I bought the i4 coupe. For anyone that doesn't know, I busted open my oil pan in some road construction. My phone was dead and my car was too low to tow so I drove home. This tore up the bearings pretty...

    UPDATED: Evan's Quest for a J32 6MT 6GA

Simple as that. Just take your time to do it correctly. I used double sided crimp connectors since I had to guess and check a few of them. While my engine is getting built I plan on properly soldering and heat shrinking them to prevent moisture and possible disconnects.

    UPDATED: Evan's Quest for a J32 6MT 6GA

Correct, though I'm not seeing the second page of the spreadsheet where they've been matched together. Either I've forgotten how to use Google documents or it's somehow been deleted. If the latter, I'll have to search through my papers to find how I wired them up. It's all pretty easy, though...
