Brakes or Bearings?!
def sounds like the squealer hittin the rotor and from the pic it looks like inside pad is considerable smaller than the outer, which would also explain the risitance on the wheel. i would replace the pads and the little metal shims the pads slide on- 904draccordmang

not to muddy the water but h23 im fits f22a. OP you could get on ebay and buy a bunch of cheap im gaskets and see wich ones fit your head- 904draccordmang
