Do you have documentation from your municipal court that says something to the effect "You have been acquitted of violation against code: (violation number)" ?? If you do, then you are innocent of that particular code violation and you do not have to pay fines or anything for it. HOWEVER...- FlipStylie

I can understand your plight here, but the cars you've listed are in general either A) Hard to find in any respectable condition, OR B) Too Pricey when found in good condition.. If I may suggest an alternative, you might have some luck finding some euros for around 5k in manual. I don't know...- FlipStylie
