Not all tires are created equal I recently bought a tire coating kit and it included a tire cleaner as well. I decided to test it's performance on a semi dirty tire nothing too bad. The tire cleaner does a good job(nothing that makes me say WOW I need to buy it...- CG6Lemon

Good points Davis. The absorber does not have fibers on it compared to a microfiber towel that can pick up any remaining leftover dirt that was missed during the wash.- CG6Lemon

Since it's raised, the only option is wet sanding the touch up paint. Depending on your experience with sanding and polishing with a machine, I would not recommend doing anything to it at this point if you don't have prior experience with the above.- CG6Lemon

I found a couple of cars at work with very hard tree sap just like the pictures you've showed. I was able to remove it with a method using solvents. I will post it tomorrow because it requires a bit of typing. I have not tried using WD-40, but I do know using IPA straight will work. Becareful...- CG6Lemon
