    The valve chatter mostly. (I suspect it could be coming from loose belt too) But why is it so much louder when AC is on? There seems be something in the AC system that triggers the noise. Condenser? I haven't consider that...in fact, i don't even know where it's located.

    Everywhere I read they suggest to loosen the bracket (front & rear) in order to replace the mounts. But to the best of my knowledge, as long as the top mounting bolts are off, jacking up the engine should create enough clearance for the mount to come out/go in, no? The bracket bolts look...

    That's the inner tie rod. As stated in OP, I didn't manage to get it replaced. Btw, a word of caution, don't buy Driveworks inner tie rod. It doesn't fit!

    Well, it looks like both the nut and outer tie rod are seized...so even I can cut the nut off, I am not sure I can get the outer off. The problem is how do u wrench on the outer tie rod? It's rounded, so it's hard to get a good grip on it. Is there a specific tool for it that I don't know of...

    New day, new problem. Looks like the adjusting nut is completely rusted and cross-threaded. I wonder how the alignment shop did the alignment 2 weeks ago...just makes you wonder. Anyway, I can't loosen that nut even after applying heat, so I am going to have to cut the inner tie off...

    I am aware of the poly fill thread. But thanks again :) I can't get them to weigh on scale since they are still on my subframe. I will need the replacement parts come in before I can take them out. That's why I am only asking for a guesstimate at this point.

    Mine isn't not leaking so much. Is it ok if I poly fill it? Hopefully that will stop the leak? Btw, does anyone know how much to ship 3 engine mounts from DC to Chicago, IL? Might have to return these since they are still under warranty.
