Honda Accord 98-02: Pollen/Dust Filter Rplcmnt
It took about an hour ... but now that I have done it once I would guess that I could do it again in 30 minutes. Mine's at 54k and I don't think they had ever been changed before. The filters cost $15 each at the dealership. I don't know if there is a cheaper place to get them or not. Good...- k07m0

Well ... I did end-up breaking one of the brackets that holds the glovebox in. But, the other 3 interior screws and the 4 exterior screws that hold it in should keep it from ratteling. I just bought this '02 v6 with 54k miles on it. It drives great, but there was a funky smell at times...- k07m0

Ugh ... it wasn't fun, but I did it. I thought it would snap in half or break a tab. I hate pulling this stuff out. I'm always afraid I'm gonna sratch the plastic. Anyway, it's off now. Time to get the rest of this stuff out and the new filters in. Thanks for the encouragement, Sketch- k07m0

That center dash pannel is a pain! I'm afraid of pulling the bottom clips out as I'm afraid they're gonna break. Any of you who have done this before: any tips?- k07m0

clock bulb
My AC (climate control display) light is out, while clock, odometer, and stock stereo lights are all ok. Does anyone know if the AC bulb is replaceable too? Or would a dealership try to sell a whole new control unit?- k07m0
