Has anyone lost the rubber o-ring? Somehow mine has disappeared (which i still need to search my entire garage)... If so where did you get a new one or did you just used a regular o-ring
I had a Thule on my car that came off a 01 Acura CL. Fit perfectly... cant really help on size but I would have to agree to just find a used one you will be a lot happier!

still don't have the correct O2... $200 from majestic Honda or over $300 from the dealership Honda part # 36531-PCA-004... I have to try to come up with the cash first...
Replace fuel pressure regulator.... Took it for a drive.... Still idling down when taking it out of gear but not dying... Don't know if it is because its colder outside or what... But its drive able now...
It is the diaphram that opens the secondary butterflies in the IM.... I tried to unhook the vacuum last night to leave them open all the time but I was still having the same problem.... So randomly I unplugged the vacuum from the IM to the fuel pressure regulator and the problem went away...
ok so I am gonna get a new o2 sensor from the dealership hopefully tomorrow if they have it in stock but i did work on it a little today.... oroginally i had the vacuum hose running to the IAB box so I too the hose on the end of the IM and ran it directly to the IAB diaphram.... so started it up...
I have replaced my IACV with a working one.... I also have replaced spark plugs, wires, cap and rotors, majority of vacuum hoses but still dont know... But basically your saying its pretty possible that the o2 sensor isn't the culpret
probably a stupid question but am I checking this with the sensor hooked up or not.... when I got the voltage of the power that was from the plug without the sensor hooked up
I do want to add that this problem started when the temperature got warmer outside this spring and summer and gradually got worse.... the CEL has been there since I did the swap but it wasn't effecting anything and I just thought it was a faulty o2 sensor....
I have been researching like crazy and it seems like if im not getting a voltage reading from the signal wire that could be my problem if im not mistaken.... the idle problem that I am having is after the engine has warmed up I rev it to a higher RPM and then let out on the gas and the idle...
kinda took me a while to check it but there was a red, white, blue and black and the only wire showing power was the white wire. it read at 11.82 volts..... this is driving me nuts! :banghead:

yeah I know that's why I changed to a none ulev o2 sensor because of the swap. from the research that I have done it looks like just the non ulev should work for the swap.... just wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem and what they did....
