    Sorry for the massive bump but I don't understand how you can get the 2 pin plug to fit the 3 pin socket, the shape is entirely different no? I'm having the same surging problem when I try to run my P28, stock ECU runs it without idle issue just has a 5k rpm limit.

    I know for sure the iac plug needs to be changed, just no clear guide on how. I went and grabbed a 2 pin plug but realized there is no way it's going to fit in the 3 pin socket...

    I am sure this has been covered somewhere, just can't seem to find the right info! I'm trying to run a P28 but the idle surging is unbearable! The old ecu runs the car fine but rev limited at 5k. So its not any vacuum leakage or something like that. Do I need to just rewire a 2 pin IAC...
