    Ahh Im glad you told me. I almost ordered them. Spray in bed liner would yield a more durable finish than the stock seals but will it look good? Thats why I wanted aluminum because it will actually make the car look better in the process.

    My retrofit

    Thanks man. Yeah the factory adjusters still work. The projectors a glued onto the reflector. So the adjusters work but I felt the need to beef up the ball joint under the bottom to prevent it from breaking under the extra weight.

    My retrofit

    My only advice would be to go with fully oem parts. Its harder that way and cost a good bit more than using aftermarket stuff but the reliablity and performance of oem parts is way better than any aftermarket stuff out there. Go oem and never look back.

    The government has laws reguarding the color of headlights. Anything above about 5500k is illegal. Oem hid's are 4300k. BTW Im working on my retrofit too. Gonna go with oem acura RL projectors and osram nightbreaker d2s bulbs 4350k.

    I mis-wordered my first sentence. I changed it now though. I thought that the euopean version was the same as ours, but on this one the headlights are completely clear, it has turn signals behind the front tire, no rear side markers, and whatever those things are in just under the lights.

    THats what everyone keeps telling me. I might have to get some flat black paint and paint the outside of it. I think they are ultra permasealed so I cant really open them and paint the inside without damaging them.
