    I got a 99 accord ex automatic, does anyone know what specific transmission came stock with my f23a4??? Im getting ready to replace it due to slipping and hard shifting and just wanna make sure i get the right one... I tried searching on google for the transmission code but all i got was codes...

    jdm h23a turbo build questions

    I have some theres some but they arent blue tops... Theres only one h23a turbo and its in a crx which kind of helps but not fully i guess i can look more into that crx build and see what he did to the engine and worry about swapping it in a cg3 later

    Planning on doing an jdm h23a turbo build, is it possible??? I heard h series suck for turbo because compression is to low but i figured i might have a chance seeing as the h23a is rated at 10.6:1... Plus i plan on doing full internal work anyways so im ready to tackle any issue that may arise...

    For sure thanks ive been racking my brain trying to think which one to get... Do you know if thats the same type of transmission that came stock with the h23a... i wanna say its a prelude transmission and im pretty sure the 6th gen wagons came stock with a sport shifter by what i read online...

    Yes i know it came only in automatic and yes i do know it came in both 2wd and 4wd... Also i do agree the wikipedia spec list is decent but it is also not complete if you look at the charts, i would like a full spec list so i can learn everything i can about this engine for the fact i plan to do...
