    Read my post Intermittent stall on freeway. I replaced the main relay and problem solved. Another way to tell is if your radio stereo stays on when you stall its the relay. If all the dash lights and radio shuts off and stays off its the ignition switch. Hope this helps..........

    Problem solved: Glad to say I replaced the main relay and no more stalls. Easiest way to tell if it's ignition switch Vs main relay is if your radio-stereo or dash lights stay on when you stall then its the relay. If they all shut off replace the electrical part of ignition switch.

    Do you think a evap canister leak P1456 and P1457 code would cause a stall, because It's giving that code. I kind of ruled that out since it's more for emissions. let me know your thoughts

    While cruising, it won't stall for days or couple of weeks and then it will do it again. Only under load 55 mph or above. Would a faulty ignition switch cause a stall more often or the symptoms still points to ignition switch.

    also check the IAC connector/plug, the MAP sensor and TPS sensor to make sure they are not loose. you can also disconnect the TPS sensor to see if you notice any difference in idle or driving, do same with TPS sensor. good luck

    Replace your upstream O2 sensor. If it still happened, clogged EGR ports can cause hesitation. let us know if this solved the issue.
