    UPDATE!!!!!p1607 code is a ecu code. Definitely replace ECU!. The other problem was that I was losing transmission fluid because a cooling line was loose. Tightened and refilled transmission car runs great. Thanks for all your help. Hopefully this forum can help solve someone else’s problem

    No. I took the immobilizer chip out the donor ECU. Green key flashes but it cranks and Starts.

    Ok swapped the ECU initially installing one from U-Pull it, it erased the code P1607 but wouldn’t start the Car. So all intermittent codes were not showing up on my OBD2 scanner, changed the immobilizer chip out the donor ECU car cranks but still has the P1607 code.

    Idle Problems

    Replace your EGR valve and clean the port holes going through it in the intake manifold. I also seen where the 2nd clutch pressure switch could cause sporadic idle issues.
