    Top it off with the Honda/Acura brand. However, if you think the wrong fluid is in there, might be a good idea to drain and fill the power steering system.

    I'm confused. Used ECU's/PCM's for the 98-02 accords are plentiful on ebay. I need more specific information about your vehicle and the problem you are trying to correct.

    Per the diagram, #19, it does not indicate the size of those 2 small hoses. Maybe because, Honda only sells the entire assembly versus selling each component. You can always remove them, or a section of each hose, and take them to the parts store so they can determine the correct diameter...

    I did a search on the Advance Auto website, all they carry are that Carquest brand. The reviews stated the same thing: didn't fit due to an undersized hub opening. Some of those reviews are 7 years old and here you are today with the same problem. Interesting. I would suggest the NAPA parts...

    Not sure if the electric tape wrapped around the wires is factory. My guess is "Yes". If you know how to wrap wires with electric tape, then remove that old tape and see if the wires in that area have been "sliced/cut/etc.

    Loss of power sounds like the ECU is dipping into Limp mode. I am not sure why it would based on your symptoms. Always have your OBD-II scanned for any trouble codes (DTC), as a starting point.

    Yes, they came with remote controls. I never used mine and didn't have any problems in 15 years. You need to contact the person you purchased the car from and see if they may have installed a remote start or aftermarket alarm system. That antenna may be a receiver for the remote start/alarm...

    02 accord coupe manual no crank after removing passenger seat

    I am just guessing here. You may have shorted out or tripped the SRS circuit and as a result, the ECU has shutdown and will not allow your car to start. Only way to be sure is have a shop run an OBD-II diagnostic.
