D4 light went out, thinking about doing a LED conversion--

When he says "sticks" he means it sinks to the bottom because it's saturated with fluid. Best thing to do is replace the float.

They will fit, but yes the spring rates are different. Maybe it will ride smoother since the V6 is heavier. :tumbleweed:

    Tranmission fluid and oil leaking

Werd. It's cheap insurance. I bet the OP will from now, too. :hide: What is the oil nut? Do you mean the drain plug? If you mean the drain plug, no that doesn't need to be replaced unless it becomes stripped or damaged.

    Tranmission fluid and oil leaking

Auto drain plug washer is an 18mm, whereas the oil plug washer is 14mm. Could be that the washer stuck to the plug the first two times and fell off this time. Tranny washer is $2 at the dealership, or I'm sure you can get a pack of 6 or 8 at advanced/napa/autozone for $5 or so.

    Tranmission fluid and oil leaking

Yes there is a washer for the drain and fill bolt. Auto or manual? If it's a manual, it's the same size as the oil drain bolt.

    DIY EGR clean help

You have to remove the upper intake manifold, not the top of the throttle body. There is a "runner" that goes from the EGR valve to the upper IM. You have to remove the EGR valve (along with the upper IM )to clean the runner. The hole that is clogged in my pics is 99% what's wrong with all...

    Wheel Bearing?

The rears don't have to be pressed in/out like the fronts do, so it should cost a bit less than that. And that's not a bad price as most shops charge right at $300. The rears are an EASY DIY. The hardest part is getting the rotor (set screws)off. Here's a link that should help when you DO IT...
