    I haven't thought about that. I've kept everything 100% stock. Just a thought, would brake fluid age/condition have an affect on this? I'm not sure the fluid has ever been changed.

    Mine is a 4 cyl. 2000 EX with ULEV. I couldn't find the unused grommet, I'll have to look harder. I think I saw where the clutch would go through... is it a diamond shaped punch in the firewall?

    I have a ODBII scan tool, but you can go to Auto Zone or Advance and they will read/erase the codes for you. For reference, I was able to get the Denso 234-9025 sensor from Advance for $115.99 + tax.

    I felt some rough idling and also noticed a big decrease in fuel efficiency. Just got back from a 1,000 mile road trip and no new codes.
