That's exactly why, because all you have to do is replace the projector, and that is not even close to being creative. We're a club that prefers creativity over easiness.
i'm not talking about tyc's being easy, but rather smoother, cleaner headlamps than jdm models. so far all these oem heads have those lines going across them. the only thing i don't like about the tyc's is that ugly orange reflector. i'll be looking to retrofit my heads eventually...but i'm gonna b very picky about the lamps i use.

Finally got around to posting these... they've been on since December.
'04 TSX Projectors w/E46 Shrouds & 8K D2S DDM Slim 35w ballast retrofitted by ME!
I used the JNC mounting method.
So I guess I'm #41...

Clear lens color mod conversion
E46 revised shrouds [chrome]
OEM housing painted low gloss black
OEM chrome reflectors
OEM amber reflectors removed
Amber reflector strips removed & painted low gloss black
Custom led strips Audi style [white superflux]
TYC clear lens swap conversion
Matsu****a GEN 3 ballasts, Philips D2S bulbs

so i have my projectors been lazy to do the retrofit but was wondering if anyone has retros in both low and high beam lights (quad retro i believe) i want to see pics of the back so i know how much room i need and possibly any build pics thanks
