HELP!!! Problems with LUMINICS.com

I ordered a set of JDM yellow bulbs about 10 days ago and I have the order # and all but haven't get anything yet. The shipping was free and it said that it was about 3 days. I e-mail 'em 3 times and try to call 'em number but all I get is and answer machine with the mail box FULL.
HAVE THIS HAPPENED TO ANY OF YOU ???

if you went through paypal you can file a dispute, if not...well...your SOL.

well, i bought mine last year. which wasn't bad at all. but now, i recently heard that, the company been taking people's money. basically, they been getting the money and they are inactive for business. so i don't know

I don't know if its true to them, but keep in mind that most shipping estimates (i.e. 3 days in your case) is from when they drop it in the mail, so if they don't drop it for 2 weeks, its really 15 days. Just a thought, especially if they didn't have it in stock to begin with when you ordered it. I suggest filing a complaint any way you can though, if you're really concerned about it.

Damn I didn't know about they were out of business. Anyways they e-mail me the they I ordered saying that the item were shipped. I gonna file a complain anyways.

id say wait a little longer, maybe a week tops. this way if you do get the light bulbs, youre not filing a false claim. just wait till your 100% positive that you got ripped off before you go filing claims and sh!t.

ok then, I'll wait a bit more but its been 10 days and they do not respond my e-mails. I don't wanna make a false claim or som....
The same day I ordered they e-mail me saying that the order had been shipped, Oct 19.2006. I'm worry about it.
