1 Day Paint and Body or Earl Scheib?

Finally the time has come for me to paint my car. I'm taking it in tomorrow, I'm stuck between 1 Day paint and body and Earl Scheib.

1 Day paint and body want $542 for there plus 3 package.

Earl Scheib wants $487 for there silver package.

I hate to crash your party, but you probably could do a better job yourself painting in your own garage and renting a compressor/gun buying your own paint. Just my opinion...my car has been primered for the last year waiting for the weather to get better so I can paint my car.

duznt it take a lil while for the paint to cure than 1 day?

1 day paint and body doesn't finish in 1 day, it's just a name. I already inquired about this and they say average time is 2-4 days.

I'm selling the car. But I want the best results. My car is already primered. Both places take about 2-3 days and they bake the car, after painting it.

my friend got his car painted at a 1 day. looking good....for now that is.

you get what you pay for. The average full body paint job is around 3k.. that should tell how ****ty their work/paint is.
