Looks nice overall, but there's something about the front I don't like, don't know what it is... I also have a hard time they're really bringing the type r to the states. A slightly detuned version of the R engine sure, but not the real deal. I am excited to drive any factory turbo civic though
I think it looks terrible. I think Honda's trying too hard. And I think that this trend to make all cars looks the same kills creativity.
Sry, but.. Looks like.. A riced-out Kia / Sc TC or something.. A car in the middle of transforming it to a robot.. Might look "outrageous", but far from being "sleek". Besides, what kinda ****'ed up taillight is that.. Interested in HFP turbo though, but that's about it 'till they finalize the model. Dear Honda design team: You guys made it happen for the 9th gen Accord. PLEASE x2 don't ever loose that taste..
we've already ruled long ago that your view on any type of automobile is invalid i don't think the civic looks too bad. honda could really use a rwd something again though, and a bit better priced as well.
It's exciting that Honda is kinda sorta thinking about enthusiasts again! The last two generations of Civic have not been all that exciting to drive. The Si has a great motor and tranny, but the other aspects of the driving experience are a total letdown. What I hope for is that the new Civic drives more like the Accord rather than the current Civic. It's nice took see the Type R name in a HONDA for the first time in the US!
Hahaha you totally have a point there, but I thought it was gonna be turbocharged? I remember reading somewhere that Honda will be going with smaller displacement turbo engines across the lineup in the next decade.
I really like the new Civic Especially after an extremely disappointing last generation of Civics. What do you think this bodes for the 10G Accord in 2018? I predict they do away with the V6...scoop a 2013-2017 V6 while you can.
