2nd gear issue with my transmission

I have an 02 Accord V6 3.0 liter and 2nd gear is going out. Any recommends on anything more affordable for a transmission than $2,500?

Ill say this. There are more 6th gen autos for sale on Craigslist’s with blown trannys or trannys going out than with working trannys.

Once that thing starts going you might As well save up for a remanufactured transmission that has had the fail points addressed.

Find a local shop that can rebuild your transmission. The price will depend on the parts used and labor cost.
