I searched. Couldnt find much on this exact question. I have a JDM H22 type S that was pulled from my old CB7(RIP!!!) with 5 sp LSD.

I have a 98 EX Auto and I want to swap to my H22 AND 5 speed trans.
In all the DIY's it shows getting Accord specific parts for the Manual transmission swap but if im going all H-Series do I need certain parts that arent body bolt-ons? (CG clutch master cylinder, shifter, shift lines)
Sorry if this is answered somewhere in the forum but I couldn't seem to find it.
Also while I'm asking questions.... F23 turbo or H22 N/A OR H22 Turbo??
Cant seem to decide which would be better. although my F23 is gonna die in like 40k miles.
Thanks for the help.

First off, I'm not going to give you an answer about the swap, because quite frankly, I couldn't give you a solid answer. But . . .
If your F23 is going to die, or has high miles, I wouldn't consider boost. Lol
I've also heard if I'm not mistaken that H series motors don't handle boost nearly as well as the F series or B series. I don't know for sure though, I'd need clarification from somebody else about that. If H series motors can handle boost well, and you have the money, do it.
My two cents. Get some other people's opinions on it too.

Just make sure to get the wiring for the vss and any 5spd components for the f23 you can also use shift cable and as for the slave cylinder get the bracket it sit on that's attach to the tranny that why you don't have to worry about struggling attaching to the trans
Boosting a stock h22 is risk in long it will abuse the cylinder wall need to forge bottom end to run boost safely but requires more maintenance your best bet is staying n/a but that decision is on you

Well my F23 isn't necessarily going to die but I miss my H22 and manual so I was looking at the eBay t3 turbo kit for the H22 and the only thing different is the turbo manifold. I was thinking get the f23 manifold and just drive it into the ground with my auto trans @ like 6-8 psi, while the H22 is still on a stand I can have the machine work done to actually handle turbo.
Rip the now dead (or almost dead)F23 out, install the H22, turbo kit, and VSS (no vtec! =])
AND DO The manual swap.
Im currently trying to find all the parts listed and trying to get a total price to swap transmission when I swap motors.
sounds kinda dumb but **** it I love my accord

If you were to boost, its a good thing your motor is still out. get the block resleeved. I hear darton sleeves are pretty nice. The h22 stock sleeves are garbage. I had to go to like 10 machine shops just to get it honed because nobody wants to touch it, too much liability. their excuse was "umm we don't have the tools for aluminum blocks" or "you have FRM sleeves, we do not have the stones to hone that sorry." I only know one guy here in ky that has a boosted h22 and he did it on stock internals. ran for a good 4 years before he sold it. but he only put down 6 psi. he was fully aware of the internal damage it would cause. HP gains was pretty nice for such a small set up. jus woulnt recommend it.
i believe you would be able to find a 6ga in a junk yard there somewhere that is a manual. you can get all the parts need from there like I did. or ask your shop to find you a donor 6ga and they can get all the parts necessary for the 5spd swap. accord master cyl, slave, line, and pedals will work fine. hell even the prelude ones will work. it would be a safe bet to use prelude stuff. like clutch master and clutch pedal combo. the rest should be cake. my 2 cents as well. some please elaborate or correct me if im wrong thanks!
